I want to use this space to share some ideas, experience and knowledge about our wellbeing. My main professional interests for over a decade have been developmental psychology (in particular ageing), wellbeing, and mental health. Currently I'm curious the most about practical things we can do in our everyday life in order to be more content, more open, and to better understand what we and others feel.
This blog is very much my own way to deal with anxiety, to slow down, to reflect and to share my dilettante drawings.
